Ha, interesting questionnaire.  It looks like a lot was revealed to you about your inner self, something that all of us can use.

So this is an evaluation, right?  Looks like the evaluation would hit pretty much on every topic needed for a successful evaluation.  Is the goal to have percentages in each topic to eventually reach a total of 100%?  Very interesting. :) Tammy

Yeeks, maybe I should have offered an explanation of this "Inventory."  For every client annual meeting, we right about 5 thoughts as to where we feel the client is at with abilitites, strengths, needs, and preferences.  Then that is to be encompassed into the program plan.  I hadn't thought of this before, but what we did with it was to not only collect a list of the "words," we compiled then and sorted them into categories that made sense to us.  So it should read ... two clients have the ability to focus/concentrate and that falls into a category of sensing [an environmental need they've taken responsibility for].  This is the last we'd been able to progress these new thoughts ... it was one of those "aha" moments.  Now, we're self charged with taking it up a level!
